A Personal Assistant (PA) at a Hotel Butler Academy should be trained beyond conventional administrative skills. The role combines executive assistance, luxury hospitality, Butler personal service, discretion, anticipation, and relationship management.
What does a personal assistant do?
A CEO’s personal assistant provides professional, personalised administrative support. They handle tasks relating to the executive team’s diary, communications and day-to-day operations, thereby ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.
Calendar management
Efficient management of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries to make the most of your day.
Communication
Handling correspondence, emails and telephone calls with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Day-to-day operations
Support with day-to-day business operations, thereby increasing efficiency and productivity.
Who is a personal assistant suitable for?
Our Personal Assistant services are ideal for executives, entrepreneurs and professionals who require top-level support. We are looking for individuals with at least experience in a Hospitality Management level and or Butler Management role, exceptional organisational skills and the utmost discretion.
Requirements and skills
We are looking for professionals with experience as a Hospitality Manager and or personal Butler, a thorough understanding of office management systems and applications, exceptional planning and time-management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a commitment to discretion and confidentiality. A qualification in the hospitality would be an advantage.
Hotel Butler Academy GmbH distinguishes itself by fusing traditional luxury hotel management and elite butler techniques with modern, mindful communication and posture. Rather than focusing solely on routine administration, their professionals are trained through tailored modules and customized service manuals to deliver high-touch, anticipatory hospitality.

- A preferred restaurant is fully booked.
- A confidential document is accidentally sent to the wrong person.
- A guest requests a highly personalised birthday experience.
- A chauffeur is delayed while the principal is already waiting.
- A family member changes travel plans at the last minute.
- The principal asks the PA to arrange an entire weekend without providing much detail.
- A dissatisfied VIP complains about an experience.
- The PA must coordinate butler + chef + housekeeping + chauffeur + concierge for one event.
